I recently stopped selling the $35 set because I got a half-price deal on
Bosch ones, for only $10 more.  The $35 generics were the best in their
price range, and well worth the price considering that at the time name
brand ones were $80 to $90 a pair. But as long as I have these Bosch ones
for nearly the same price ($45 a pair plus $8 for a pair of German made
bulbs), there is no other H4 headlight even worth considering in my opinion.
They are great headlights, for well below original wholesale. I'm not
usually one to throw around superlatives, but if you are still using
sealed-beams on your 80-85 Vanagon, you would be crazy not to grab a set at
this price.  It is definitely the best $50 you will ever spend on your
Vanagon.
