I recently replaced my propane tank and had a local guy make me a
rubber hose for my hookup.  The company is a "Tiger Torch"
fabrication place and they can also purge and fill my new tank.  I
suspect that you can find a specialty shop like this in your home
town that can easily and cheaply build a T and associated hose for
your application.
