Hi all. My concern: internal leak in brake MC. Video shows: Engine cold, "thud" heard (booster has vacuum) Vacuum dissapates, hard pedal. Engine started, pedal drops (normal). Last portion, thudding easier to hear. Video not loud. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6TmvkmAj8Q Does this indicate a failed or failing internal seal (causing internal "leak") on MC? Pedal NOT hitting the floor. Booster with vacuum, I can push pedal by hand to "thud" (stops). There is 3" between pedal arm and floor Thanks, Neil. -- Neil Nicholson '81 VanaJetta 2.0 "Jaco" http://tubaneil.googlepages.com/ http://groups.google.com/group/vanagons-with-vw-inline-4-cylinder-gas-engines
