I've had several people ask me about where this manual can be found.  It was issued to dealer service departments.  I really don't remember where I got mine (it's a copy) but it is not a publication that is available on-line that I'm aware.  It's a rather thick publication.  I have mine in a 2" binder.  It's quite old in the first sections, showing a manually-cranked Borkey key duplicator and advising the use of depth-and-space keys for code generation, rather than the equipment we use nowdays.
