A related question: when I removed the coil bracket to check out the coil, I
thought I remembered a ground on the lower bolt. But when I put it back, I
couldn't find any disconnected wire. And I really looked. Is there usually a
ground wire on that lower bolt? Where does it come from? Maybe I'll find one
yet.
