A year or two after I replaced all the fuel lines I noticed wetness around the black plastic fuel distribution manifolds.  The fuel line had shrunk or the hose clamps had loosened, allowing a teeny bit of fuel out.

I tightened the clamps and life was good again.

Check your clamps.
