I got my '90 Carat running and I'm working through some issues. Right now the power windows don't work. Nothing happens. I'd like to check the fuse(s) but can't figure out the location. Last night I was looking at the fuse panel cover and it didn't specifically identify the fuse. I don't have an owners manual to check and I seem to have misplaced my Bentley (grrrr). I've spent about 3 hours searching online and have become more confused. 

How many fuses are there? Is there also a relay? What is the (their) location?
