Subject:Re: Aux Battery in GL-Sure Power Instructions Needed

The SurePower 1314/1315 just needs a cable to it from each battery
positive post. I like #8 wire. There is room for the 1315 down inside
the driver side battery box before the aux battery goes in. If you use a
Group 48 instead you get a little more juice and a little more room to
work with. The 1315 gets screwed down to the body and it needs a short
small ground wire from a terminal on it to the body so I use one of the
mounting screws for that ground.

If you run one wire with a fuse from the aux bat to the main fuse/relay
panel it is simple to use it to power the interior lights, radio, and
cig socket. No stock wires need to be cut or changed. Unplug fuse #3 and
plug the end of the new wire into the lower hole where that fuse came
from. That is it. Put a .250" male spade on the new wire so it will plug in.
