Mike,

When I did this I put the stuff in all the places you mentioned - plus I
removed the back seat and covered that entire area. I had planned on
covering the deck above the engine as well but never got around to it. I did
get the inside of the rear cargo?engine deck walls too.

Others I know have also done the entire floor front and back and the front
seat pedistals. I guess it all depends on how much you want to do.
