Has anyone installed a modern Espar "gas furnace" into their Vanagon?  How well does it work?  fit?  Is it noisy?   Seems a tad expensive compared to other options but I like the idea that is runs on Gasoline instead of Propane. (they also make diesel units for diesel vehicles)
