I have discovered a significant rust  bubble just under the edge of the
rubber window seal of the right hand rear most side window, the solid
glass just in front of the vent. The rust bubble is big enough to have
made a hump under the rubber and adjacent paint about the size of a
quarter or slightly bigger.

Two questions:
1) How do I remove the glass and then re-install with a water tight seal.
2) What is the best way to treat the rust spot given it is not on a flat
surface.
