In my '81, when I bought the "19" relay many years ago, I was
disappointed, after I removed the plastic wedge, to find I
still had no intermittent wiping.

Closer look at the wiper switch and I saw that it was NOT wired
to do it.  So in '81 they wired vans for "with" and for "without"
intermittent.  Or maybe it was the fuse panel that had no wires
"behind" where the "19" plugged in.

I'm assuming that at some point they gave up and wired them
all for "with", but where does Detlev fall?

Hope it's not "before" 'cause you'll love playing with the
operation of the "99" module.
