screw driver levering, or if you have it a smallish bent tip pry bar.
I believe the calipers will move away enough with line attached to
get rotor off.
attack the caliper bolts with van on ground if you can. they *can* be
on there tight, sometimes need a good grunt effort. Not always, but
best to try loosening before jacking van.
