Subject:Re: Got Shifter Bushings?
From:Karl Wolz

Hmmm. Seems this thread got hijacked several posts ago (no longer about
shifter bushings, is it?), and should have been retitled. No, not bitching
at you; just a slightly quirky observation.

|
|I agree with Jay.
|
|This is a support group for Vanagon owners that was started by Vanagon
|owners. The fact that it's spawned a few Vanagon-specific vendors doesn't
|change that one bit.
|
|As far as I know Ken Wilford, Ron Salmon, Terry Kay and Frank Condelli
|don't pay for the 'advertisements' they put up here in front of the captive
|audience and are lucky to have us.
|
|Van Cafe and GoWesty don't place ads here and they are more important to
|the
|average Vanagon owner.
|
|---------------------------------------------------------------------------
|---------------------------------------------
|
|And as far as I know, the concept of a 'thread' is as a sequence of posting
|on the same topic so yeah, I like to read about the different offerings all
|in one place.
|
|YMMV
