Thank you for checking this for me.

No it is not raining right now - hasn't in several days.

I am wondering if it isn't the switch on the collumn - because the wipers
will occasionally wig out as well.

Good to know it's not the flasher relay. Still wondering about a fuse.

As for the glowing LED - I wasn't concerned about it as much as I just
thought it was wierd - I've seen the oil LED do that on other buses but
never the turn signal one. I had a bit of a hard brake situation on the way
her and when I did that - the glowing went away - and the gradually came
back. Strange.
