I'm imagining something like that might make future maintenance under there difficult? Or does it readily peel up? I've been wondering what semi-permanent adhesive to use - mainly for the carpet covering the seat base / wheel well (haven't really found it necessary to stick the footwell carpet down). I want it to adhere, but also be pulled off without too much fuss the next time I need to get under there. Rubber cement comes to mind. Or? Thanks, James V 86 Syncro Westy, etc.
