Although the other, more knowledgeable answers explain why this might be a
temporary fix only, what worked for me was unscrew it from the van, tighten
the nut that is visible when you take it off, put it back on.  The other
answers will tell you this will only work so far, and it's definitely in the
band-aid category that

you how to avoid.  I don't understand the system (having never taken one
apart) well enough to know if tightening it like I'm saying is ever a good
idea. It has worked for me, so far.  YMMV.
