dear tireless in winnipeg ... (brrrr) ... that Michelin doesn't make a tire for my 85 anymore tires are not made for a specific van year ... tires are made for a load rating at specific pressure and a drivng envoronment i have the wonderful wheel package from gowesty 15" michelin hydro edge ... these may not work for you cause you may need to have a excellent highway tire that is good for cold and dry ... but for me in the temperate rain forest of bc they are great ... if i want to go off road i require a different tire cause these tires specifically say on the side wall NO ROCKS the real question i be askin here is not what sort of tire do you require ... but what sort of driving you do ... every day 12 months a year 7 days a week ... (brrrr) are you running stock rims ... or something exotic do you mud bog every other minute or do you drive endless hours of TCH between ituna and pine falls so as dr phil says to oprah ... vy donchya tell us a little about the sort of road yer goin down sos we can tell yer what sorta tires would best keep ya centred ... yours On Wed, May 12, 2010 at 9:27 PM, Jeff Palmer <jpalmer@mts.net> wrote: > Now that my Michelin LTX's have succumbed to sidewall cracking, I find out > that Michelin doesn't make a tire for my 85 anymore.
