I suspect that people living in Flatland have more use for the big
lights than say New Englanders where the next hill is never far
away.  Now if the highway department would only spray-paint the deer
with those retroreflective beads they use for center lines and
crosswalks...I'm morally certain that deer whistlers are magic, and
useless magic at that.
