This one is a pretty generic metal cap with the two jaws at 180 to
each other that grab the inner lip of the filler neck.  I believe I
had one just like it for my 79 Bay window even though it didn't look
factory.  it might actually fit the later model Beetles too.  It's
non-vented FWIW.
