We tried that.  They only crawled a small number of pages, due to the
default (very restrictive) setting of robots.txt in Mediawiki.

We've fixed that in the new wiki:

http://www.vanagonwiki.net/robots.txt

If you do find Vanagon Wiki content cached somewhere, feel free to
pour it back into the wiki!
