The Bentley was clear on this, I pulled the lock out and didn't see
anything 'wrong'.

thread and the others and put in a way to open the hatch from the
inside, then I went back to lock.
If I play with it "just right" I can get it to work. I'm guessing
it's worn out? I'm sure hoping someone has some experience on this....
Do I need to replace the whole assy? Just the part the key acts on?
Are the numbers on the key part enough to get a new one that's keyed correctly?
