I've been to the auction and watched a car sell then saw that same car on craigslist that evening. That craigslist ad came with a cock-and-bull story about an inheritance and having used that car to commute for months. The key for me was having to wait for the title, I would have believed the advertisers story if I had not seen it sold that day. Nothing wrong with turning a car fast but telling lies about your history with it. I guess this craigslist ad doesn't make any claims that couldn't be proven and it does not mention a title. As always, buyer beware.
