I'll reply here in case other are curious.

Anyway, the first one as been converted to European spec or something like
that, 5 speed is not standard here, neither is the 1.9L (good engine in
general), now you need someone (not me) who know VW diesel engine and will
be willing to work on your van. The van look in good shape and I'm pretty
sure they took care of if, it shows. But again, it's unique.

They may know me so if you offer a small amount ($$) they may drive it to my
shop and i'll find a hole in my tight schedule.

The second one look very solid, as the standard 1.9L gas engine (ok I guess)
and look well maintain also. Very clean inside. Good picture that show a
lot. Basic L van so no gadget. Price is more then fair for a Quebec van.
That said, not much is said about the mechanical side.

So they both need an inspection. As for the Diesel one my knowledge is limited.

Tell them about Busfusion, maybe they would come, they must be a few spot
left on that big field.
