It is a round-robin style tournament to pick the top sixteen teams. After the top sixteen have been sorted out, it goes into a normal single-elimination top-sixteen tournament, not unlike the NCAA Basketball tournament. What you, the bracket picker will do, is pick out the teams you think will win in each match, tally up the wins/losses/draws of each, and then the sixteen teams with the winningest records move on to the single-elimination brackets on the lower half of the page. Fill those out, and email me a text file with your picks for each match. I will look at the wins weekly, and give updates for who is closest.
