Everything I have is destructive if used properly.

Okay everyone, fine, fine, the cap popped right off with a wood drift
and a mallet.

I'm not really in love with these new straps. I got them from
airhead.com, and they don't have the cotton core that the original parts
have. Without the core they are quite stretchy.
