Howdy Volks!

The growing black spot under Blackbeard finally started to concern me, so
fearing the inevitable (and given that we're at the starting line of one of
our famous, hellish summers) I took him into the shop.
Oy....

The list of needed repairs (some more urgent than others):

* Head Gaskets are currently being repaired (to the tune of about $1,800).
Saw this one coming, knew it was gonna hurt. Better now though, before the
word "crack" comes into play....

* P/S Pump & high side hose (need to find a used but not TOO used
replacement). Saw this one coming, too.

* Driver's side door:
  -Power window actuator
  -Power door lock actuator  (need to find both used, but in good shape).

* Entire A/C assembly (TBD at some point later)
  -Need to find new (but affordable) Compressor / Receiver Dryer / Expansion
Valve.

Been checking the usual places online, but prices aren't much better than
just paying the shop retail for the parts (some of which they'd need to
track down anyway).

Given the head gasket hit, I'm trying to get the repairs done as
inexpensively as possible by finding my own parts (luckily my shop is cool
with this).

Can anyone offer any suggestions, or maybe even HAVE some parts that fit the
bill?

Hope to have Blackbeard rolling again by The Fourth!
