Yeah. I made special trips out on the stupid parkway today just to test
you guy's dash lever suggestions.

At no time was there air from the dash end openings. Depending on how
the levers were set, I could get a mild updraft from the defroster
vents, not enough to feel on my head or face; or a mild breeze against
my right leg, a mere draft.

Noted, but I'm not talking about the heater blower fan, I'm talking
about giving up on this weak ventilation system and back to what my
original post was about: finding a good dash-mounted fan.
