Remember that the seat is part of the crash protection system.  In even a
mild rear end collision of 10Gs, your 200lbs becomes 2000lbs trying to go
straight back.  The seat needs to be very securely attached to the body.  6
8mm bolts might do it if they go into some thick metal.  might not.  I got
mine welded.
