As pointed out, remove the plastic grills on the air scoops.
Then you can find the drain tube and bend it out a little.

You'll see a nipple on the end so water can drip out but
bugs (?) can't get in.  You can just pull that nipple off
and clean it up and put it back on and you'll be good for
another 20 years.
