Just keeping it honest, buddy. I'm faced with the same problems as you and Robert Keezer. I probably have a week to clean out 22 years of accumulated car stuff. Just chugging along doing it mostly by myself. When I day 'free' you go up to my front door and pick it up. I won't ask you to walk my dog.;-) 

IMO, the era of personal junkyards is coming to an end especially in urban America. There are too many city code inspectors with nothing to do due to the building downturn.
