Go to WalMart or a hardware store (or better yet a FLAPS) and buy one of
those cheap plastic hand pumps with tubing attached. Put the tube down the
fill pipe and pump some of the oil out into a container. Take out enough
that it's underfilled (is that a word?) and then refill it to the proper
level. Then you can give the remaining oil and container to the FLAPS for
recycling.

Where is it on the dipstick?

It would be pretty easy (with a cool engine!!) to just loosen off the oil
filter a little bit and let it run down the sides of the filter for one
second, then tighten it right back up again and check the level.

Repeat as necessary until its down to the full mark...
