Really nice; best looking wbx I've seen in a long time. Nice to know there are still some craftsmen out there that care more about doing it right than hacking it up quick and getting paid. -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of Frank Condelli Sent: Thursday, July 29, 2010 7:23 AM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Rebuilt engine project Just wanted to show you all the beautiful 1.9 engine project I just finished for a customer. Engine fully rebuilt, all rustable metal parts on the engine were POR-15ed and a 2.1 stainless steel exhaust system was fitted. Modifications of the muffler heat shield and thermostat housing heat shield were necessary to fit the 2.1 system.
