I've lived in Phoenix going on fifty years and don't recall having ever seen anyone driving with curtains closed. Once I n a while a roll-up semi-transparent screen, and occasionally, out on the highways you'll see someone with a towel hung over a closed window to keep off afternoon sun. Not just in vans and RVs, |but in all shapes and sizes of passenger vehicles from economy cars to |large SUVs. I do it regularly, even in New England. It is an easy |way to help keep passengers comfortable in the summer heat. | |-- |Michael Snow |1987 Syncro TiiCo |1982 Westfalia 1.9TD |http://slowmachine82.blogspot.com/
