FWIW, that's DOT 3 and DOT 4, (Dept of Transportation standards).  Took me a
moment.

2 hours is not unfair for the install, bleeding, adjustments, and safety
inspection, which you probably received.  The bleeding would have taken care
of the "air in the system" option too.
