Volks, First .. maggie & I are humbled by the wonderful things being said about us. Thank You one and all from the bottom of our hearts. Second ... as far we know this is a PayPal audit, no list member or anyone else has filed a complaint. This is part of the communication we received from PayPal: "PayPal has conducted a periodic review of your account, during which we noted that your account accepts donations for a charitable organization. In order to be fully compliant with the IRS regulations..." ... and so on and so forth. They provided a long list of documentation they want for the future and are telling us we need to switch from a personal account to a business account. So perhaps it's time to seriously look into 501c3 non-profit status for roadhaus.com and the PiFF activity. Important ... there is no impact to our current fund raising efforts for Andrew's family. Thank you all for your concern. larry & maggie roadhaus.com On Sep 14, 2010, at 6:41 PM, Automatic digest processor wrote: > ate: Tue, 14 Sep 2010 15:00:10 -0700 > From: Roger Whittaker <rogerwhitt1@GMAIL.COM> > Subject: Re: Legal advisor?
