RE: Rear Brakes
You may find that all you need is to adjust the rear brake shoes.  Driving
with the parking brake on would have worn/heated and maybe distorted or
cracked the rear shoes.  I'd try that before planning any more expensive
work like new drums.  It might be worth pulling the rear drums to inspect
the shoes.
