The front and rear wipers operate independantly. To make the rear wiper go, push the stalk foward. It should make it wipe 3 times. There is tin, which is crucial, on aircooled vanagons (80-83). On the water cooled ones, not really. No idea on the antenna. Take used antifreeze to your local autoparts store. They should take it. -Craig '85GL turned WESTY BOSTIG in the back '87SUNROOF Syncro On Thu, Nov 4, 2010 at 11:47 AM, Harry Hoffman <hhoffman@ip-solutions.net>wrote: > Hi All, > > So, I'm continuing on with the new vanagon, fixing this and that and > waiting for my bently book to arrive. > > I've got a few questions... > > Does the rear windshield wiper act in union with the front or is there > some mysterious switch I'm missing?
