Even though I just posted on the Samba, I have to agree with what Greg Potts stated.
I like the moderation here, and I get sick of the language and abuse I see on other forums.  And people trying to bring politics into car discussions - like huh?

You want to see bad behavior, try getting info on a Honda Civic.  Bad enough the exhaust systems are rated on sound rather than performance and springs rated on fender well clearance rather than handling.
Only the Type 2 list was more technical than this list - and it  was much more rigid (at least at the time I was on it) about any non-technical aspects at all.  Such as trip posts would have to be on a Friday.
I like the blend we have here now.

Greg - I hope you don't mind that I often use "Happy trails" as a signature file as well. I don't know who did it first, and I don't care - it's just so fitting for this list.
