I recently repurposed one of those car storage, uh, bins (? .... a sak
that straps to the side of the seat) and strapped it to the driver
seat so it faces the door. It's out of the way. I keep shorty 10, 13mm
ratchet wrenches 6in1, dental mirror (why oh why), calipers (really!),
tweezers, pliers, ....

Wait. That's almost an entire VW toolbox!

Point is, handy place to put those things I've found.
