You can make it do that, you know, same way cabinetmakers do -- by
cutting out kerfs, or in your case gores.  But if you don't have a
clicker press and a die it would be pretty tedious.

OTOH, if you're using Velcro then you don't need a round corner;
that's for the zipper.
