Oh I'm sure this is totally obvious to most, and in hindsight is now
obvious to me, but for those who might be standing there scratching
their heads....

Neil the "bad" car owner, left a mostly water mix in the wiper fluid
tank of his Honda. Yah. It froze. You really miss that feature when
it's not working!

Inadvertently parked in an underground lot today which solved the
problem. Much warmer there.

So if you left water in your Vanagon wiper washer tank.......
