I remember the first time I approached Quartzite, coming down 95 from the
north.  And we got about 10 miles outside Quartzite and there, on both sides
of the highway in the BLM Long Term areas, were 40' Land Yachts, one after
another.  I guessed that I was seeing about a million dollars every ten or
fifteen seconds, sitting in the middle of the desert.
