For my money, Discount Tire (operates under another name on the west coast, you can look it up).  Find the tire you want at the price you want, go to Discount and they will get it, honor the price, no additional charge for shipping, mounting, balancing.  I have no connection with the company other than being happy with their prices and service.  DMc
