The mounting points for the rear facing jumpseats are only present on
vans that came with those seats installed. Did you get the pedestal
bracket for the correct side of the van as well as the seat belt parts?
If so, the required position of the bracket is fairly self evident. I
can take a picture of the mounting points if you need it.
