hey Dennis  this is good but doesn't always help. example had a friend
who's oil pump messed up and he was traveling in NY. labor for vanagon oil pump
 is 3.5 hrs. took them 8 hrs and that is what they charged him. This was at
a  shop that worked on vanagons.  later  mark  d
