Dear Chris,

So far as I'm aware nobody on the list has been blasted in...well,
pretty much forever.  Maybe when George Goff was here?  If you have
indeed been blasted then we owe you apologies.  Without searching
back for details, I recall that the acronym was used by
someone.  Someone else raised the question - either on list or to us
or between Ben and me, I forget - and we judged that since it
couldn't be adequately explained to an innocent inquirer it would not
be allowed on list.  No big deal.
