Yes, Jeff. The seats are compatible with the fronts except for the missing headrests. You can add the headrest post guides by driving them in the appropriate spot.

I've done a few of these before. It's a good idea to cut a tiny pilot hole/slit then just push in hard. The plastic guides should lock into the metal frame.
