Hooray - all the spares have arrived.  What lot of presents for Vernon (the van)

The engine is on the stand.  It is a balmy 69 and the worlds best one-handed tinkerer is ready to start swopping old bits for new bits.

First job is replacing all the lifters.

Who can guide me through the pitfalls?

I am all ears.  (Maybe this is why my school friends called me BIG EARS!)

Second job is installing a brand new German Wasser Pump!
