1980 Vanagon air cooled 2.0L, type 22 no options like A/C or BA-6 heater
The starter has three connector points, the #1(30) wire bolt & two
separate spades, one spade for the (50) the other spade has what appears
to be a blue wire connected on it.
Again, the two spades are not from a multi spade connector, they are not
connected to each other electrically.
My question is about the blue wire. My Bentley gives no info on the
bluish wire.

Anyone have a guess as to the blue wire purpose?
